Celebrating Black History Month, ADN presents a tribute to the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians (AACM) the famous Chicago organization. Featuring percussionist Kahil el’Zabar and the Ethnic Heritage Ensemble, Nicole Mitchell’s Black Earth Ensemble, the Air Trio, and other music by Muhal Richard Abrams, Amina Claudia Myers, and Wadada Leo Smith.
