This week on Century of Lies: #CND68 Part One.

The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs held its Sixty-Eighth Session in Vienna, Austria March 10 through 14. Over the next few weeks we’re going to hear some highlights from the #CND68.

On this edition of Century we hear presentations by Bolivian Vice President David Choquehuanca Céspedes; Ambassador Carl Hallergård, the European Union’s Head of Delegation to the International Organisations in Vienna; Elina Steinerte, Vice Chair of the UN Subcommittee on the Prevention of Torture; Emily Christie, Senior Adviser, Human Rights and Law at UNAIDS; and civil society representatives from the Harm Reduction International and the International Drug Policy Consortium.
