Three Memorials, Fado, and a Membership Drive

   November has been a tough month in so many ways.

Help us remember two of KBOO's very finest ever - the first two -

and one of the world's truly unique musicians

with a thankful and generous contribution

to KBOO Community Radio now,

at holiday time.

   "Jazz Hole Coverer" and Brazilian music expert Homer, and

Dawn Concertmaster and grand master of our Dutch Hour, Charles,

would have loved Fado music from Portugal.

Among other offerings, we'll present some in their honor.

   We'll close by featuring recent piano performances by Stanley Cowell.
