The Amish Project at Portland Actors Conservatory.
Dmae Roberts features The Amish Project by Jessica Dickey at Portland Actors Conservatory. The play focuses on the 2006 killing of five Amish girls in Lancaster, Pennsylania when a gunman took 10 school girls hostage and shot eight of them. The aftermath of healing and forgiveness moved the country. We'll hear an on location interview with founding artistic director and director of the show Beth Harper and actors Paige Rogers, Sophie Foti , Samie Pfeifer in The Amish Project.

Portland Actors Conservatory presents...
The Amish Project by Jessica Dickey
Performances are April 8 -24 on Thursday through Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm. All performances take place at Portland Actors Conservatory’s Firehouse Theatre, located at 1436 SW Montgomery St. IN Portland.
Tickets are available online at www.actorsconservatory.com or by calling (503) 274-1717. Portland, Ore. Ticket prices range from $5-$25. As part of Portland Actors Conservatory’s Arts Accessibility Initiative deep discounts are available to students, seniors, educators and artists.
The Ceasefire Oregon Education Foundation has partnered with the Portland Actors Conservatory for a special presentation of The Amish Projecton April 16th.
