Yes. It's one of those episodes of Self Help Radio where I play lots of songs with a particular word in them. The word this time is steady. I do write about why I pick these themes, altho it's really not all that exciting.
So there were lots of steady tunes plus I talked to a person who wrote a book about "going steady" & I talked to a fellow whose company "A Steady Hand" trains people in weaponry. & I talked about idioms! It's the steady Self Help Radio way.
The last hour is an episode of Corporate Standardized Programming in which I play music from artists we lost earlier this year.
