On this edition of Free Culture Radio: Human Rights and Drug Policies in an Evolving Global Paradigm.
The Sixth European Harm Reduction Conference was held recently in Warsaw, Poland. In one of the sessions, entitled “navigating human rights in drug policy reform,” panelists provided a comprehensive overview of the evolving global human rights landscape responding to the key consequences of the war on drugs, or rather the war on some people who use some drugs.
On this edition of Free Culture Radio we hear from two of the speakers, Viktoria Kalyniuk with the Alliance for Public Health, and Magdalena Dabkowska, coordinator of the Drug Policy Program at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
