Police Sweep Camps in Portland
This past week, the Portland Police Bureau has conducted sweeps of a number of camps of houseless individuals across the city, most prominently in the South Park Blocks and at St. Francis Park in inner SE Portland. KBOO's volunteer news team follows up on the police's activity at St. Francis and speaks with Israel Bayer of Street Roots for background on police sweeps in Portland and how houseless folks can respond.
