Asians and Pacific Islanders (APIs) in Oregon taking the mic into our own hands

Pacific Underground is hosting April's show LIVE from KBOO! Listen in for this special KBOO membership drive show where we talk to conductor Paul Kim of the Oregon Symphony about an upcoming John Williams concert, artist Stephen Poon shares his art and Portland experience, and Simon Tam of the band The Slants is featured in another "Your English Is So Good." The Pacific Underground production team talks LIVE for a roundtable discussion we call "What's in a name?" where we talk about our personal experiences surrounding our names. Also featured is a clip from our special "Asian and Pacific-Islanders in Star Wars" show.

It's spring membership time at KBOO so we're featuring some exclusive thank you gifts being offered only during our show! Tune in for a chance to get tickets to the Oregon Symphony, Star Wars art from Stephen Poon, and CDs from The Slants!!
