Don't Shoot PDX Black Friday Protest in The Pearl

Don’t Shoot Portland staged a no-shopping protest last Friday in the Pearl as part of the traditional No Shopping day observance around the nation.

The group set up tables in the rain offering free food and clothing to anyone who needed it, right in front of the high-end shops in one of Portland’s fanciest shopping districts.

However as representatives of Sisters of the Road tried to bring their food items to add to the giveaway table, they were threatened with arrest by Portland Police.
