Jasmine Zimmer-Stucky, a senior engineer with Columbia Riverkeeper, talks with Laurie Mercier about the proposal for the world's largest methanol refinery, scheduled for the port of Kalama, Washington,  and about strategies for resistance.  The public comment period lasts Jan 31 –Feb 7.
