Ray Hardiman guests to talk Cathedral Park Jazz Festival, Aurora JF
We have recently lost two notable Portland jazz performers and educators:
saxophonist Rick Greene, and trumpeter Thara Memory.
We'll hear today some of the memorable music they have left us.
The 37th annual Cathedral Park Jazz Festival is this weekend -
July 14-15-16 under the St. John's Bridge.
We'll preview its music, and have its presenting group's board member,
pianist Ray Hardiman to preview it, as well as
next month's Aurora Colony Vineyards Jazz Festival.
