Interviews with Ellen Goldsmith, Lindsay Baldwin, Marisha Auerbach

Ellen Goldsmith, host of the Healthwatch on KBOO, joins me to talk about her new book "Nutritional Healing with Chinese Medicine." What we eat has a tremendous impact on our health. Ellen will talk about how the principles of Chinese dietary theory can be applied to your daily life and food choices.

What do you think when you think of bugs? I'm guessing a source of food is not at the top of that list. Lindsay Baldwin of Portland, ME made a resolution one year ago to start eating bugs for protein. She talks about what she's learned on her insect eating journey over the past year.

It's the start of the new year and time to plan your 2018 garden. Marisha Auerbach returns to the Food Show to help get you set up for an abundant harvest this coming season.
