International Film and Animation

The Portland International Film Festival is a venue for showcasing not just visiting directors but local filmmakers as well.  We're joined by two celebrated Portland documentarians: Irene Taylor Brodsky, the director of Moonlight Sonata: Deafness in Three Movements, and Skye Fitzgerald, the Oscar-nominated director of Lifeboat.

And Rose Bond returns to the studio to preview a selection of Experimental Animation by Latin American Women.  Lina X. Aguirre is curating this touring exhibition, which screens locally at Pacific Northwest College of Art.
