Alder Street Food Carts

On today's episode of the Food Show, we're talking about the Alder Street Food Cart pod. The downtown pod was evicted this summer to make way for a new hotel, taking a chunk of Portland culture with it. The carts are now in storage and the owners are waiting for the day they can start operating again. We'll hear the story of the move and the pod's future from our guests:
