Blake College by Dan Armstrong

Host Ken Jones talks with Dan Armstrong, author of the new novel Blake College from Mud City Press.

Dan’s work includes the novels Chain of Souls, Prairie Fire, Puddle of Love, Taming the Dragon, Cornelia: The First Woman of Rome, and The Eyes of Archimedes, a trilogy about the famous Greek mathematician, and his slave, during the rise of Rome, circa 200 BC. Dan also has a short story collection The Open Secret and Twelve Tales of the Unknown. And he’s published articles in the Register Guard, the Oregonian, Eugene Magazine, the North Coast Times Eagle, the Eugene Weekly, and Locally Grown.

Dan makes his home in Eugene, Oregon, the setting for Blake College, where he runs Mud City Press, an independent publishing company and online magazine.
