The coronavirus pandemic has opened up different avenues of thinking, including about the environment. KBOO's Jenka Soderberg interviews a regional representative from the CELDF about how this pandemic has managed to open up the conversation about the Rights of Nature as a legal framework for protecting the environment.

According to their website, the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDF) is building a movement for Community Rights and the Rights of Nature to advance democratic, economic, social, and environmental rights – building upward from the grassroots to the state, federal, and international level.
