Oregon bars and restaurants have been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. Freeze orders have lifted in the state, but uncertainty lingers for small businesses doing their best to navigate unclear territory. 

KBOO's Jeffrey Wade spoke with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission's Bryant Haley about how the OLCC is enforcing COVID restrictions, the question of to-go cocktails and advice on what small businesses can do to stay afloat.
