Please join us for Transpositive on Tuesday, February 16th at 6 pm on KBOO as we talk with Nicolette Schweizer, Dawn Hunter, Emma Lugo, and Vi La Bianca of the show Secular Sexuality for our annual Trans* and Nonbinary Love, Sex and Dating Show, celebrating trans positivity through a body positive lens.
We will be discussing love, sex, and relationships from the unique perspective of transgender, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, genderqueer, and gender fluid persons. Too often trans* bodies are rendered invisible by a culture that diminishes transgender desires, fetishizes trans bodies, or determines them abnormal or undesirable. Trans and gender-fluid/nonbinary/queer bodies are works of art and objects of desire, attraction, pleasure, and joy as anybody. We celebrate our unique loves, bodies, attractions, and relationships. This week's program will focus on Nonbinary bodies, desires, and affirmations as our panel will be composed primarily of nonbinary guests with a variety of life experiences. Please stay tuned in two weeks as we will have another panel primarily composed of transgender panelists sharing their life experiences with love, sex, and dating.
