Restaurants and bars have been hit especially hard this year in Oregon due to the ongoing pandemic. KBOO’s Jeffrey Wade spoke with three owners of establishments in the Moreland-Sellwood neighborhood of SE Portland, asking about challenges they faced entering Phase 1 reopening, and potential fears about going back into closure amid Gov. Kate Brown’s recent freeze orders.
