
This weekend is the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival and Parade, one of the largest LGBTQ cultural celebrations on the West Coast
The festival will be held at Tom McCall Waterfront Park.
Exhibitor booths are open from Noon until 8pm on Saturday and 11:30am until 6pm Sunday.
Both days feature an extensive line-up of entertainers on the main stage.
Admission is $7 dollar donation, but event organizers point out that they do not turn away anyone for their inability to pay.
Sunday features the Pride Parade.
Staging takes place in the North Park Blocks, with the parade kicking off at 11:00 AM as the procession moves onto West Burnside Ave.
The parade route will take participants through old Chinatown on Northwest Davis Street, before turning onto Naito Parkway and heading for Tom McCall Park.
