It's about learning to listen to your body and get information that helps/guides you to make meaning in your life.

Over the last 25 years, I have presented over 80 workshops. I have taught improvisation and creativity classes in person in Flagstaff, Boulder, Boston, Hawaii, and currently in Portland, Oregon and ONLINE. 🖥
I got my M.A. In Art Therapy 🎨 and Counseling Psychology at Naropa University in 2001. I'm also trained in body-centered approaches including Hakomi and Focusing, as well as Liberation Breathwork.
I am a Level 2 meditation coach in Unified Mindfulness.
