This Friday night join us for an evening of great music!, with the band Antorcha (Las Antorchas) from Mexico, late 1960's, early 70's. Their music was a mixture of Psychedelic, Hard Rock with Protest lyrics.
Also, Bodo Molitor; a German who made a record in Mexico in the late 1960's, with plenty of Psychedelia, Fuzz Guitar. He now lives in Egypt, still producing music.
And Aristeo, Heriberto Montes de Oca from the Sonora-Arizona area, a couple of recordings with another one of his projects, Vertigo, from the 1980's. On these recordings, Montes de Oca plays keyboards and guitar, and does singing as well, on drums is Fernando Ochoa. These recordings have never been released, and thank you's go to the family for sahring these beyond valuable documents.
We hope you can join us to enjoy these obscure underground recordings, not commonly known.
